The apartment is a jewel in the territory of Specchia and offers to the guests an exclusive location where they can experience the authentic Salento. Specchia is one of the most beautiful Italian village with its white houses and its courtyards and many tourists are attracted by its beauty. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed by double room, bathroom, kitchen/living room, which was refurbished on June 2018, and also provided with a terrace with a stunning sight. Furniture details, such as the head of the bed, are made by seasoned wood (from our olive trees), and the entrance door was designed by a famous architect. These details do not go unnoticed for those spending their holidays in our apartment, entirely made with love and care for details. The apartment can host up to 4 people.

Deposit 100 Euros
A deposit is normally required as a guarantee for a good preservation of the rooms and of the objects. Any anomalies are accepted only if there are signaled by the guests by 12 o’clock of the day after their arrival. Deposit is paid at the arrival and fully paid back before leaving, after checking the condition of the flat, the furniture and the cleaned kitchenette. If guests leave overtime, the deposit will be sent via mail, less postal charges.
