The charming Apulian town named Otranto, which is lapped by the crystalline Adriatic Sea, hosts one of our holiday apartments. Located 20 m far from the Otranto Castle in the old town, our refurbished holiday home is on the first floor and provided with a lift, amounting to a total surface of 45 square meters. It is ideal for couples or 4-members families and includes a living room with the kitchen area and a double sofa bed (with mattress 18 cm high), a double room with wardrobe and bedside tables) and a bathroom with the shower. The terrace is equipped with a garden table and with a beautiful sight to the sea and to the near historical Castle. On the terrace there is a laundry sink and a washing machine, while in the apartment there is an iron and an ironing board, a boiler and a stroller, free on demand. The apartment is provided with air-conditioner.
From here guests can enjoy a beautiful sight on the roofs of the buildings in the historical centre, on the bridge over the bastions of the castle and on the narrow streets of the old town. The house is easily reachable from the parkings in via Uggiano near the castle of Otranto.

CONDITIONS:
Minimum stay: 2 days
– IN AUGUST: minimum stay 7 nights, starting from Saturday time 15.00 to next Saturday time 10.00;
– NO bath towels or sheets included (sheets are included with a supplement of 20 euros per person for each change);
The price includes water and gas.
Electricity will be charged 0,50 Euros for each kw used.
Deposit 100 Euros.
A deposit is normally required as a guarantee for a good preservation of the rooms and of the objects. Any anomalies are accepted only if there are signaled by the guests by 12 o’clock of the day after their arrival. Deposit is paid at the arrival and fully paid back before leaving, after checking the condition of the flat, the furniture and the cleaned kitchenette. If guests leave overtime, the deposit will be sent via mail, less postal charges.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
– All the guests can participate at a cooking lesson concernig local dishes. At the end of the lesson, they can taste them and drinking good wine in the building of the Agrosì Farm.
