A deposit is normally requested to guarantee the good preservation of the premises and inventoried objects. Any discrepancies detected are recognized only if reported by the guest before 12.00 the day after arrival. The deposit must be deposited upon arrival and will be returned in full upon departure, subject to verification of the condition of the property, furnishings and of the appropriately clean kitchenette . In case of non-scheduled departures the deposit will be sent by post less the postal charges.
On the second week of stay there is a 10% discount (in periods A and B)OBLIGATORY COSTS TO BE ADDED
